Integra IT

Founded in 2009, Integra IT is a company that drives innovation in technological tools and methodologies to enable timely and reliable access to patient information in clinical, epidemiological, and health projects. We offer 100% cloud-based solutions that comply with security standards and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

We design focused and integrated solutions to conduct more efficient and effective clinical trials, working with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and research sites.

Our first line of service is dedicated to managing studies directly from the sites through web-based software that enables end-to-end study management according to protocol. This includes real-time tracking of subject status, full traceability of information, and a validated Electronic Medical Record system for clinical research. We also develop mobile applications for subjects to log data related to symptoms, medication adherence, emergencies, and monitoring, improving subject engagement and data quality.
