You will be the first point of contact for US-based small and medium businesses, helping them identify gaps in their online presence and guiding them toward solutions that support their growth. If you enjoy meaningful conversations, can diagnose business needs quickly, and like connecting with entrepreneurs, this role is for you. What you’ll do * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US SMB owners. * Evaluate a prospect’s digital footprint (SEO, PPC, social) in real time. * Ask strategic, high-value questions to uncover needs and opportunities. * Qualify leads and set up the pipeline for senior closing teams or close select opportunities. * Use CRM tools to track conversations, insights, and follow-ups. * Share market insights and recurring pain points with leadership. Who you are * Confident and effective on the phone, with strong rapport-building and communication skills. * Able to understand and clearly explain digital marketing basics (SEO, PPC, social ads). * Comfortable working with metrics, targets, and high call volumes. * Curious, resilient, and proactive in conversations. * Able to connect with US business owners and understand their challenges. Qualifications * 1–3 years in a fast-paced role such as sales development, lead generation, account management, or PR. * Experience handling 100+ calls per day. * Strong verbal communication in English. * Previous work with US SMBs; home services industry experience is a plus. * Experience with CRM tools.
