Hi, I’m Alexander Torrenegra, CEO of Torre. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our fast-growing sales team in LatAm. This is your chance to be part of something big, with incredible growth opportunities as we scale. WHAT IS TORRE? At Torre, we’re building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work. For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Torre Reach and Torre RPO. Our motto is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our seed round was $20M, of which I contributed $10M. After five years of development and trials, we reached the beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. We’re growing in the US and LatAm. For LatAm, a crucial part of the team will be this role: an Account Executive laser-focused on converting companies into paid clients and expanding existing accounts. We are blitzscaling our growth in LatAm, and speed is paramount. That’s why this role requires previous experience as a SaaS sales professional. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS: Fuel Our Growth Engine: 🚀🚀🚀🚀 - Pipeline Mastery: Manage and expand your sales pipeline for explosive growth and the expansion of Torre products across LatAm. - Product Guru: Master Torre’s products and services from the ground up to become an expert on programmatic recruiting with AI and selling these three products: • Torre OS: http://torre.ai/es/os • Torre OS: http://torre.ai/es/reach • Torre RPO: http://torre.ai/es/rpo - Unstoppable Deal Closing Machine: Qualify and close new sales opportunities for Torre products and services. - CRM Ninja: With discipline and precision, keep our CRM, Pipedrive, updated to ensure predictability and healthy pipeline metrics. Your KPIs will be: ✅ Revenue from new clients ✅ Win Rate ✅ Sales Cycle ✅ Average Deal Size YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH: We expect you to commit to this role for one year. The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as Sales Lead, Sales Manager, Country Manager at Torre or outside of Torre. THE TEAM: You’ll report directly to Jhon Camacho, our Head of Sales in Latam. You’ll work closely with our SDRs Team, our operations team, and our marketing team.
