Hi, I’m Alexander Torrenegra, CEO of Torre. Are you a driven individual ready to kickstart your career in SaaS sales? Torre is on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team in LatAm. At Torre, we’re building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work. For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Torre Reach and Torre RPO. Our motto is to make work fulfilling for everyone. Our seed round was $20M, of which I contributed $10M. After five years of development and trials, we reached the beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. We’re growing in the US and LatAm. For LatAm, a crucial part of the team will be this role: an Account Executive laser-focused on converting companies into paid clients and expanding existing accounts. We are blitzscaling our growth in LatAm, and speed is paramount. That’s why this role requires previous experience as a SaaS sales professional. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS: Fuel Our Top Funnel Sales Machine: 🚀🚀🚀🚀 - Qualify Leads: Determine which leads are a good fit for Torre’s services by understanding their needs and pain points. We have a steady flow of high-quality leads ready to be converted into accepted opportunities by the sales team. - CRM Management: Keep our CRM, updated with the latest information on leads and follow-ups with discipline and precision. - Product Mastery: Learn the ins and outs of Torre’s products and services from the ground up. • Torre OS: http://torre.ai/es/os • Torre Reach: http://torre.ai/es/reach • Torre RPO: http://torre.ai/es/rpo Your KPIs will be: ✅ Response Time ✅ Daily Outreach - Daily Engaged Leads ✅ New SQLs (Sales Qualifyed Lead) Generated ✅ Lead Conversion Rate: Achieve a SAL (Sales Accepted Lead) to SQL ✅ No-Show Rate: Maintain a healthy no-show ratio ✅ Meeting Bookings: Successfully schedule the minimum daily meetings booked. ✅ New SAOs (Sales Accepted Opportunities) Generated. YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH: We expect you to commit to this role for one year. The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as Associate Account Executive, Senior Account Executive or Team Lead at Torre or outside of Torre. THE TEAM: You’ll report directly to Jhon Camacho, our Head of Sales in Latam. You’ll work closely with our AEs Team, our operations team, and our marketing team.
