Base compensation
USD2K - 3K/month

+ Social Security, including personal savings contribution (AFORE), INFONAVIT (to contribute to have access to a loan for the purchase of a property).

+ Christmas bonus (15 days of salary) is paid in December.

Responsibilities & more

⚡ Design and implement collaborative solutions, you will work to maintain current infrastructure, as well as execute a plan to make voice resources highly available and scalable. ⚡ Collaborate with cross-functional teams. ⚡ Analyze, troubleshoot, and document issues that have been escalated from other departments. Upon completion, work to prevent the issue from recurring and implement automated detection methods. ⚡ Participate in an on-call rotation, and conduct maintenance during the after-hours maintenance window. ⚡ Assist with the technical specifications and architecture of new features. ⚡ Participate in code reviews to ensure a smooth development pipeline. ⚡ Work closely with the Product Manager to set realistic timelines. ⚡ Help with feature planning and exploration by providing technical input to the Product/Design teams. ⚡ Provide feedback on continuous improvement.
