Co-Founder for CUBO-Studio, deeply involved with Branding, Graphic Design, Photo & Video, Web Design, Mobile application development, Software development, Social media support, and Online Marketing. I have been in charge of BE/FE/DevOps/QA/VoIP/Support teams applying Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban frameworks), with Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service, Confluence, Opsgenie) expertise, training new team members on agile methodologies and new leaders about Scrum/Kanban teams management, implementing solid leadership skills and effective project management. I am closely related to the QA team, developing and implementing test plans, cases, and processes. Also, doing QA software testing for new features and full regression testing.
