⚙️ Requirements:
◽ Experience in customer service.
◽ Team leadership skill is preferred.
◽ Recruitment skill is preferred.
◽ Availability from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 (GMT-5), and occasionally Saturdays, for ~30 hours per week
🎯 Your responsibilities will be:
◽ Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and talent seeker experience.
◽ Truly understand our customer’s needs and goals to fulfill and exceed them.
◽ Solve or escalate any issues or misalignment and promptly triage talent seeker requests.
◽ Create, own, and execute strategic plans for KPI fulfillment.
◽ Ensure operational excellence in all the processes.
