⚙️ Requirements:
◽ Availability from Monday to Friday, and occasionally Saturdays and Sundays, for ~20 hours per week.
🎯 Your responsibilities will be:
◽ Perform operational tasks, meeting the deadline. These operation tasks can include: Posting job openings in job boards and social media, sourcing candidates based on specific skills, answer Torre support chat.
◽ Solve or escalate any issues or misalignment and promptly triage talent seeker requests.
◽ Ensure operational excellence in all the processes.
