Our vision is to empower small business owners by delivering white-glove service while maintaining flexibility, care, and affordability. About the client The client is a high-impact non-profit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating career pathways in the financial services industry for Black and Latino college students. They are currently shifting to a KPI-driven culture and are looking for a highly organized Coordinator to act as the operational right hand to Sales and Program leadership. Role Requirements * Pristine English proficiency: Must speak and write fluent English. * 2+ years of Virtual Assistant experience: Proven track record in administrative or assistant roles. * 2+ years working with international clients: Specifically with clients from the US, UK, or Canada. * Reliable Infrastructure: High-speed internet connection and reliable backup. * Nice to Have: Previous experience in HR or recruitment. Responsibilities * Assist with organizing virtual events and recognition activities. * Assist in preparing new hire documentation and scheduling onboarding sessions. * Coordinate access to tools, systems, and training for new employees. * Draft HR communications, letters, and forms as required. * Provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition team. * Post job openings on internal systems and external job boards. * Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communications. * Maintain applicant tracking systems and support the recruitment team with hiring pipelines.
