• Own the entire feature lifecycle, including writing high-quality, maintainable code across the stack, performing comprehensive testing, and overseeing successful deployment to production.
• Elevate code quality through rigorous code reviews, improving team processes, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Collaborate across disciplines (Product, Design, Data) to shape product requirements, influence the roadmap, and translate high-level goals into technical execution plans.
• Champion engineering excellence by actively contributing to shared tools, documentation, and knowledge transfer to increase team efficiency and institutional knowledge.
You'll share the KPIs of the core product team:
• Revenue.

• DORA metrics.
• Product performance (Core Web Vitals).
• Product quality (Number of bugs).

We apply the scientific method to almost everything we do: ideate, hypothesize, experiment, analyze, and repeat. We use this framework for product and marketing experiments (and even sales experiments):
Experimento: A practical product management framework.
We are remote and agile. Among others, we do daily standup meetings dense with information:
Estandap: highly efficient daily meetings for agile and remote teams.
We're data-driven. For example, here's how we determine our top client acquisition channels:
Canales: A framework for identifying all client acquisition channels (and how Google Analytics sucks at it).

2nd. I'll review your application. If you're a potential match, I'll contact you to answer any questions you may have.
3rd. We'll do a first interview.
