I'm the CEO of Torre (torre.ai), We’re the first company to fully automate recruiting end-to-end. We’re the Waymo for recruiting. Our AI recruiter, Emma, helps both companies and candidates. She does everything a top recruiter does but doesn’t discriminate. She even predicts if a candidate is a good match not just for a given job but also for a company and team.
Previously, I co-founded and bootstrapped Voice123, the first and largest global marketplace for voice-overs, and Bunny Studio, a mission-critical outsourcing solution for creative work, both with my wife, Tania Zapata.
I co-founded Torrenegra Organization to support bootstrapped entrepreneurs in accelerating their businesses, and Discrimination Watch, a nonprofit that measures and reports recruitment discrimination.
I hold multiple patents related to the dynamics of job marketplaces. MIT honored me with the Innovator Under 35 award, with the High-Impact Entrepreneur title by Endeavor, and named Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.
Together, Tania and I have angel-invested in 50+ tech companies. In 2017, I joined Sony's Shark Tank Colombia and Shark Tank Mexico as an investor.
