Requirements and responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the end-to-end hiring process for assigned roles. - Build and maintain a values-aligned hiring pipeline using Torre. - Conduct structured, behavior-based interviews. - Assess candidates for ownership, accountability, and remote readiness. - Review work samples, portfolios, and case studies to verify outcomes. - Coordinate interviews and candidate communication across time zones. - Partner with department leads to define role success criteria. - Maintain accurate hiring documentation for independent contractors. - Recommend hiring decisions based on evidence and standards. NICE TO HAVE: - Experience using Torre as a primary hiring platform. - Background in media, podcast, or creative services companies. - Experience designing interview scorecards or hiring frameworks. - Familiarity with international contractor compliance.
