    Goal: Create a simple method for reviewing Amazon Buy Box pricing, then adjust our product pricing to "win" the buy box. Result: A simple script to crawl pages based on ASINs and capture pricing, shipping and vendor information. This information was brought into a complex spreadsheet. Logic was developed to create rules for "decisions". Pricing adjustment factors included vendor, vendor's feedback, our feedback, shipping fees, product costs,and margin requirements. Benefit: Dramatic ability to increase buy box ownership while maximizing profits.
