Responsibilities: ✨Review of internal documentation of each client that enters according to the established process. ✨Assignment of heads of the design and support team for the attention of new clients. ✨Follow-up on the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the operational team. Review with the weekly support of yield, consumption, and goal reports assigning continuous and timely reviews. ✨Periodic meetings with clients to control the performance of the campaigns and/or opportunities for new upsells. ✨Accompaniment in portfolio management of the assigned accounts when required. ✨Participation in strategic meetings when required. ✨Continuous training according to the study plan established by management. ✨Preparation of reports for the team and/or clients when necessary.
