About the Role. Podcast Pros is hiring a Podcast Editor to support a growing B2B podcast production team. The role focuses on editing long-form podcast episodes and short-form clips for professional clients, including founders, executives, and industry leaders. This position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work within defined workflows and deadlines. What You’ll Do: * Edit podcast episodes (audio and video) to professional broadcast standards. * Clean and level dialogue, apply compression, and meet loudness targets. * Edit multi-cam video recordings. * Create basic motion text and clips for social use. * Follow established workflows and naming conventions. * Apply feedback accurately and efficiently during review cycles. * Deliver edits on time, consistently. Baseline Requirements: * Proven experience editing podcasts (audio and video). * Strong audio fundamentals, including dialogue cleanup, leveling, and loudness targets. * Experience with multi-cam video editing. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. * Familiarity with standard audio cleanup tools. * Ability to work comfortably with feedback and revisions. * Ability to follow defined workflows and meet deadlines consistently. * Familiarity with recording platforms such as Riverside, Zoom, and StreamYard. Nice to Have: * Experience editing podcasts at scale or in an agency environment. * Experience creating short-form clips for social platforms. * Strong attention to detail and consistency across episodes. Work Setup: * Remote, independent contractor role. * Comfort with time tracking. * Reliable primary device and backup setup.
