This role sits at the intersection of social media and podcast/content operations, supporting both the Element451 brand and the Enrollify media platform. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces across channels and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial MediaOwn and manage the social media content calendar for Element451 and Enrollify across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platformsCreate and schedule content aligned to brand voice, campaigns, and editorial prioritiesCoordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to surface content opportunities and fulfill ad-hoc social requestsConduct proactive social media monitoring — engage with relevant conversations, reshare community content, and flag trendsPartner with designers to develop social creative assets, managing briefs and feedback cyclesEnrollify Content & Podcast OperationsManage the Pulse Check series end-to-end: source and vet guest hosts, coordinate scheduling, and maintain the episode calendarSupport guest sourcing for two flagship shows — In Your Element and Higher IntelligenceServe as the primary point of contact for creators and guests: handle outreach, logistics, scheduling, and prep communicationKeep Enrollify show pages and episode listings on the website up to dateBuild and send the weekly curated content newsletterWhat We're Looking ForExperience in marketing, content, social media, or podcast/media production (internship counts)Strong organizational skills — able to juggle multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent written communication — social copy that sounds human, not corporateFamiliarity with social media scheduling tools (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar)Comfortable with outreach and relationship managementInterest in higher education is a plus, but not requiredSelf-starter who can work independently in a remote environmentBonus PointsExperience with podcast production workflows or media schedulingFamiliarity with HubSpot and WebflowExperience managing content for a B2B brand or SaaS companyBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma)What We OfferFlexible, remote-first work environmentMeaningful work — visible and impactful from day oneExposure to a fast-growing SaaS company and the higher ed industryA collaborative, low-ego team that values creativity and initiative
