Via.work is a Silicon Valley-founded company that helps companies build teams across countries seamlessly by becoming the local employer-of-record and managing all HR admin processes with full compliance and zero hassle through our tech-enabled platform (contracts, payroll, taxes, immigration, benefits). We help companies access the global workforce and navigate the remote economy effectively. Our mission is to change the way the world works by enabling the global interconnectivity between organizations and people. We launched Via out of Stanford in 2017 and we are growing our team to scale Via globally.
