The Grand UpperRoom

The Grand UpperRoom is a growing event venue business based in Texas, USA, with two signature suites. We host weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, birthdays, graduations, and milestone celebrations. We operate on established systems, documented scripts, and a modern automation stack. Our clients book us as much for how our team makes them feel as for the space itself.
We already run AI agents that handle first-touch inquiries and routine follow-up around the clock. What we do not have is a human who owns the conversation once it gets real: the phone call, the tour, the objection, the close. That is this role.
