RevStone helps Real Estate, Solar, and Roofing companies turn more leads, aged data, estimates, and open opportunities into qualified appointments. Our leadership has helped generate more than $50 million in gross residential solar sales over the last three years by building and managing high-performing appointment-setting teams. That experience revealed a common problem. Most companies don't need more opportunities; they need a more consistent system for contacting, qualifying, nurturing, and scheduling the opportunities they already have. RevStone recruits, trains, certifies, and manages appointment setters for campaigns, including seller outreach, solar lead follow-up, database reactivation, old estimate follow-up, homeowner qualification, appointment confirmation, and appointment scheduling. Our clients maintain ownership and control of their data, CRM, dialer, phone numbers, calendars, and customer records. Our team enters those systems and runs the appointment-setting campaign for them. Every appointment setter completes a structured, multiple-week bootcamp focused on the client’s industry, offer, systems, scripts, objections, qualification standards, and appointment process. RevStone remains involved after launch through daily management, call reviews, coaching, CRM accountability, performance reporting, and replacement coverage. This gives clients a consistent appointment-setting operation without requiring them to recruit, train, supervise, and replace individual callers themselves. RevStone is built for companies with a proven offer, leads, or data to work with, and salespeople ready to run more qualified appointments.
