Remote work was, for our Founder and CEO – Sarah Hawley – the key that unlocked the door to incredible growth. Growth personally as she embarked on a journey of consciousness as a leader, and growth for her teams as they built a culture of trust and empowerment. In her pursuit for freedom (her highest value) she turned all her companies remote in 2014. This led to happiness, engagement and high-performance resulting in three multi-million dollar exits. This decision drastically impacted her life – and those that were working for her. It would become a move that would set her on a trajectory that finds her now at the forefront of the remote work meets conscious culture and conscious leadership movement. A move that now has the potential to impact people all across the globe.
