An App Designer is responsible for designing employee apps from concept to final product, including interpreting clients’ benefit plans and creating a communications plan within the app. The role collaborates with Digital Strategy, Design, Technology, and Localization teams to deliver custom branded apps for end users. Essential duties include learning a proprietary code-free platform, designing and updating apps, coordinating with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality. Required skills include knowledge of employee benefits, Adobe, and MS Office; knowledge of project management tools, preferably Asana; strong communication; and willingness to travel up to 5% and be available outside core hours during open enrollment. Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; understanding of health and welfare benefits; image software systems, preferably Adobe; knowledge of project management tools, preferably Asana.
