Job Title: Content Writer (Korean) Employment Type: Contractor Assignment - 1 month (extendable based on performance and engagement) Job Location: (Remote - Candidates may be based in) Indonesia | Kazakhstan | South Korea | Kyrgyzstan | Malaysia | Philippines | Thailand | United Kingdom | United States | Africa | Asia | South America. Commitment Required - Full-time availability - Minimum 40 hours per week - At least 4 hours per day overlapping with PST - Workday length: up to 8 hours/day Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Writer to create and refine content used in workflows, training data, and scenario-based evaluations for large language models (LLMs). You will help build realistic content samples, review AI-generated outputs, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. What does day-to-day look like: - Create and edit content across formats such as articles, guides, workflows, and scenarios. - Recreate real-world content workflows for AI evaluation. - Review AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines. - Provide feedback and annotations to support LLM improvement. - Collaborate with product and AI teams to align content with operational needs. Required Qualifications: - Multilingual capabilities are mandatory (English and Korean): Ability to read and write in English and Portuguese with a high degree of comprehension skills. - 2+ years experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Technical Writer. - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify content gaps or inconsistencies. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor degree or undergraduate in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field. We are open to candidates who do not have a Bachelor's degree but have experience in the area. - Familiarity with documentation or workflow tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, Jira). - Experience creating datasets for LLMs (prompt writing, SFT, RLHF, eval benchmarks, red teaming, QA). - Familiarity with structured formats and tools: JSON (reading/writing, basic structure), Google Colab / Jupyter notebooks, Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), Slack. - This role will require some overlap with UTC-8:00 (4 hrs/day) America/Los_Angeles. Evaluation Process: - Applicants must complete a business writing assessment (English) followed by a language proficiency assessment (Korean). - Shortlisted candidates will be reviewed by our team internally and shortlisted candidates will be reached out for onboarding.
