We are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join our boutique, high-touch investment advisory firm focused on serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This role is ideal for a seasoned advisor with a strong client-first ethos and a long-term commitment to excellence. With our target clientele holding two million U.S. dollars ($2,000,000) or more in investable assets, we’re looking for someone who can both advise and attract clients in this niche segment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide holistic, tailored wealth management strategies to high-net-worth clients. - Build and deepen relationships through proactive, consultative financial planning. - Manage client portfolios with a disciplined investment philosophy. - Collaborate closely with internal investment and planning teams to deliver consistent results. - Drive business development through referrals, networking, and client retention strategies. - Maintain impeccable compliance standards and ethical conduct. Ideal Candidate: - Five (5) or more years of experience as a financial advisor or wealth manager. - Proven ability to serve clients with two million U.S. dollars ($2,000,000) or more in investable assets. - A transferable book of business is highly preferred but not required. - FINRA Series 65 or equivalent, and relevant state registrations. - CFP® designation or strong progress toward certification is a plus. - Driven by client success, not just transactions—seeking a long-term home. Compensation & Growth: - Base salary of approximately one hundred thousand U.S. dollars ($90,000). - Lucrative variable compensation based on client revenue contribution. - Direct revenue share for any new clients brought in. - Unlimited long-term earnings potential with equity-style upside.
