We are seeking a dynamic Operations Director to lead and optimize the operations of our remote-run training business. This fully remote role requires a hands-on leader capable of driving strategic initiatives while diving into tactical execution. The Operations Director will manage a remote team and oversee critical areas, including sales operations, general business operations, and trainer scheduling.
