Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code. - Design and develop test harnesses and frameworks for various applications. - Drive standardization and adoption of test automation technologies to maintain consistency. - Pair with feature developers to identify and prevent automation/ regression coverage gaps. - Lead initiatives of performance testing, and stress testing automation. - Be a strong quality advocate, collaborating closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers to release revolutionary products. - Take full ownership of and maintain a robust environment. - Work with developers on improving system testability and creating a testing environment. - Become a technical SME and mentor to individual contributors. - Help set up and maintain the CI/CD environments and pipelines. Requirements: - 5+ years of testing and test coordination experience. - Expected experience is a backend SQL/API/Queues. - Strong MSSQL database knowledge and CRUD concept (PL/SQL, MSQL, and tools knowledge is a must). - Experience with API testing of .NET \ Java applications. Working with logs, troubleshooting, and debugging. - At least 1 year of test automation experience with Java / C#. - Linux environment experience with good shell scripting knowledge. - Familiarity with Job schedulers. (Autosys, Active Batch). - The candidate should have experience with setting up CI/CD, configuration management, and monitoring. - Good organizational skills and ability to manage varied workloads efficiently. -Must be a self-starter comfortable working in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. -Proactively manage the UAT phase, take ownership of the UAT cycle, drive efficient and timely execution and issue resolution. - Help with the integration testing of applications.
