This executive will be responsible for shaping workforce strategy, strengthening organizational capabilities, and ensuring the company remains an employer of choice across all regions.Position SummaryThe Head of Human Resources will provide strategic leadership across all aspects of the HR function, partnering closely with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives. This role will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, succession planning, and HR operations across a global enterprise.The successful candidate will bring deep experience leading HR strategy within large, complex organizations and will have a demonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation, talent development, and workforce effectiveness at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute the organization's global Human Resources strategy in alignment with enterprise business objectives.Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.Translate business priorities into scalable HR frameworks, policies, and operating models.Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategies.Provide guidance on transformation initiatives, organizational change, and business growth strategies.Talent Management & Organizational DevelopmentLead enterprise-wide talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent across all levels of the organization.Establish workforce planning frameworks that support business growth and leadership continuity.Drive organizational capability-building initiatives through learning, leadership development, and workforce upskilling programs.Promote a high-performance culture regions.Oversee HR budgeting and resource allocation aligned to business priorities.Continuously evaluate and evolve the HR operating model to support scalability and business performance.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.MBA or advanced degree preferred.SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.Experience15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.Prior experience serving as VP Human Resources, SVP Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, Chief People Officer, or equivalent.Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy within large, global, and matrixed organizations.Strong background in talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and large-scale change initiatives.Experience supporting executive leadership teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams across multiple geographies.Prior BPO, CX, outsourcing, healthcare services, technology
