CS3 Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven, and fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing & Lead Conversion Specialist to manage inbound leads and convert prospects into residents for our luxury apartment communities. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a clear and professional English accent, and a natural ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close leases. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, following up consistently, scheduling tours, and ensuring no lead is left behind. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Follow-Up: - Respond immediately to inbound leads from phone, email, website, and listing platforms. - Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture prospects and move them toward scheduling tours. - Track all communication in the CRM and ensure accurate documentation. - Maintain consistent follow-up sequences until a lease decision is made. - Re-engage cold or inactive leads. Leasing & Sales Conversion: - Conduct property tours (in-person or virtual) with confidence and professionalism. - Identify prospect needs and match them with the right unit and pricing. - Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process. - Support application completion and follow up until lease signing. - Maintain strong closing ratios and meet leasing goals. Customer Experience: - Deliver a high-end, professional first impression of the property. - Maintain fast response times and clear communication. - Provide a smooth transition from prospect to resident. Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in leasing, sales, or lead conversion (multifamily preferred). - 100% bilingual (English/Spanish) with clear, professional, and confident English. - Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly. - Sales mindset with proven ability to close. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Experience using CRM systems and property management software (Yardi, Entrata, or similar preferred). - Comfortable with follow-up systems and performance metrics.
