⚠️Important: A minimum of 15 years of experience in design and construction, specifically concentrating on commercial ground-up high-rise facilities, is necessary if a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited school is not obtained. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team of professionals and act as the Owner's representative throughout the entire duration of our programs, from the initial design phase to construction and project completion. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will be crucial in learning, sharing knowledge, and implementing industry-standard and internal company best practices related to project delivery, budget management, scheduling, quality assurance, operations, and lease-up procedures. SIRIS is seeking candidates who can demonstrate previous experience in effectively leading and mentoring teams of professionals. You should also have a proven track record of serving as an advisor and liaison between clients, the design team, contractors, and representatives from facility operations. CM services will support CM @ Risk and Design/Build contracts, encompassing pre-design, construction, financial monitoring, progress meetings, issue resolution, testing, and claims analysis. ✅ Skills and experience. • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering from an accredited school or 15+ years of experience with design and construction, focusing on commercial ground-up high-rise facilities. • Understanding and mastering local and state jurisdiction requirements related to the projects. • Understanding construction contract documents, including front-end and technical specifications and drawings. • Work with engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling. • Leading, supervising, and managing construction personnel of diverse skill sets. ✅ Nice to have. • Experience with developer-led projects, hospitality, luxury apartments, clubs, etc. • Holds PE, RA/AIA, CCM, PMP certification. • Entrepreneurial or community service background.
