Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and oversee all marketing initiatives across the organization. This executive leader will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, strengthen market positioning, and drive revenue growth.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in BPO marketing, digital marketing, brand strategy, demand generation, and analytics. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, sales, product, operations, and communications teams to ensure a consistent market presence while leveraging data-driven insights to maximize marketing effectiveness.Position SummaryThe Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide marketing strategies, overseeing brand positioning, market intelligence, digital marketing, content development, demand generation, and sales enablement initiatives.This leader will be responsible for translating market insights into actionable marketing plans, managing a high-performing marketing team, and establishing measurable frameworks to evaluate marketing performance and ROI. The role requires a balance of strategic leadership, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the organization's overall marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to evaluate company, product, and competitor positioning.Partner with executive leadership to define and evolve company and brand positioning based on market opportunities and customer demand.Create and maintain processes for monitoring industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity across all business lines.Develop annual marketing plans and adjust strategies based on changing market conditions and business priorities.Establish measurement frameworks and analytics to assess marketing effectiveness, optimize performance, and support data-driven decision making.Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Communications teams to ensure alignment across all go-to-market initiatives.Partner with Public Relations and Brand leadership to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.Lead and develop a regional marketing team, ensuring successful execution of projects, campaigns, budgets, and timelines.Prepare and present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, differentiation, and expansion.Manage inbound media inquiries and support external communications efforts.Provide strategic oversight and management of the corporate website and digital presence.Partner proactively with Sales and other internal stakeholders to strengthen value propositions and improve customer engagement.Develop sales enablement materials, collateral, and content that support client acquisition and retention efforts.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree required.MBA preferred.ExperienceMinimum 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience.Minimum 10 years of experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.Prior BPO industry experience required.Experience marketing B2B and B2C SaaS solutions.Strong background in digital marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels, including:Website and digital experienceSearch Engine Marketing (SEM)Digital display advertisingRetargeting campaignsOrganic and paid social mediaGeofencing and audience targetingAdvanced expertise with Google Analytics and Google Ads.Experience utilizing CRM and marketing automation platforms to drive strategy, measure ROI, and improve performance.Experience leveraging reporting, analytics, and visualization tools to generate business insights and recommendations.Previous experience leading and developing marketing teams.Skills & CompetenciesExceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent research, organizational, and project management skills.Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities.Creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and execution.Executive presence with proven leadership capabilities.Experience working effectively with global and multicultural teams.Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
