We are DTC Gang, an ecommerce agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced digital media buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns to drive revenue growth and meet our clients' business objectives. ✔️ Responsibilities: ▪️ Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns on various ad platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others, to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates. ▪️ Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and other relevant factors to ensure effective ad targeting. ▪️ Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience. ▪️ Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new strategies to maximize results. ▪️ Stay informed about the latest industry trends, developments, and best practices to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation and industry changes. ▪️ Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide insights and recommendations to optimize their ad campaigns and drive results. ✔️ Requirements: ▪️ Fluent in English (as we mostly manage USA ecommerce). ▪️ 2–3 years of experience as a media buyer for an ecommerce agency or similar industry. ▪️ Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective digital ad campaigns, with a strong understanding of ad platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and others. ▪️ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. ▪️ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. ▪️ Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
