Receptionist / Lead Follow-Up Coordinator Location: Latin America Schedule: Full-time, U.S. business hours (40 hours) The company, Attorney at Law, is a U.S.-based legal firm that helps individuals and businesses resolve IRS tax issues. We are seeking a Receptionist / Lead Follow-Up Coordinator to manage front-line communications, ensure all leads are contacted, and route incoming calls de manera profesional y eficiente. Key Responsibilities * Manage inbound and outbound lead communication (calls, texts, emails). * Schedule qualified leads for free consultations with legal staff. * Maintain consistent and timely follow-up with unresponsive leads. * Serve as the first point of contact for inbound phone calls. * Manage the company’s phone tree and transfer calls to the correct department (Tax Preparation, Case Resolution). * Answer and route incoming IRS calls related to client cases; take detailed messages and relay them to the appropriate team member. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and other tracking systems. * Keep team members informed of critical client messages or follow-up needs. Must-Have Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in customer service, virtual reception, or client coordination. * Fluent in English with a neutral or professional accent. * Experience managing call systems or phone trees. * Strong organizational and task follow-up skills. * Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Trello, etc.). * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Nice-to-Have Qualifications * Previous experience in legal, tax, or financial services environments. * Spanish-English bilingual skills. * Comfort working with U.S. government agencies and familiarity with U.S. business hours and protocols.
