What You’ll Do:Support and optimize Epic EHR and other healthcare applications.Analyze clinical and operational workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.Collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, IT, and vendors to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Configure, maintain, and enhance healthcare systems and workflows.Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational decision-making.Develop training materials and provide ongoing end-user support.What We’re Looking For:5+ years of experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare IT/HIT environments.5+ years of experience working with Epic EHR or similar healthcare systems.Strong understanding of clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows.Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SQL, Crystal Reports, Tableau, or similar.Knowledge of healthcare applications, enterprise systems, and supporting databases.Ability to analyze workflows, identify system gaps, and support implementation projects.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Advanced English level (B2/C1).Nice to Have:Epic certification or credentialing (Ambulatory or related modules preferred).Experience in healthcare technology training or FQHC environments.Background in medical, dental, or behavioral health systems.Familiarity with tools such as Artera, Azara, Healthix, Abridge, Ritefax, XVWeb, or Asana.What We Offer:Competitive salary in USD.100% Remote work from anywhere in Latin America.Long-term Independent Contractor role with Venon Solutions LLC.2 weeks of PTO.Paid Holidays based on the US calendar.Full-time schedule aligned with EST timezone.Join a collaborative healthcare technology environment where your expertise will directly improve clinical operations, system performance, and patient care experiences.
