I have experience in recruitment, training, and managing operational teams, as well as optimizing workflows, defining SOPs/KPIs, and improving operational efficiency. I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including Operations, Product, and Engineering, to enhance both the user experience on the platform and the company's internal processes.
Currently, I lead the team responsible for overseeing the quality of candidate interactions with Emma (our AI talent agent) and managing ticket escalations requiring human intervention.
