We’re hiring a Principal Engineer / AI Evangelist at Kinimatic — and this one matters.Here’s what we’re building: a supply chain visibility platform that sits between brands and a nationwide network of 350+ warehouses. Real-time order fulfillment, inventory visibility, inbound replenishment, network optimization — all powered by AI. Think of it as the control tower for distributed fulfillment.The platform is in production. Customers are live. And we’re at the point where we need a principal-level engineer to own the architecture, build a world-class event-driven integration layer, and help define what it means to be an AI-first engineering team.This isn’t a role where you advise and review. You build. You set the patterns. You mentor the engineers around you. And you genuinely believe that AI-assisted development — tools like Claude Code — is a fundamental shift in how a small team competes.If you’ve built event-driven architectures and high-scale integration platforms in production, and you have strong opinions about how LLMs are changing engineering practice — I’d love to hear from you.We need you to own the architecture, build an event-driven integration layer, and help define what it means to be an AI-first engineering team.
