Job Title: Language Expert – LLM Trainer (Bilingual) Location: Remote Type: Contractor Assignment (No medical or paid leave) Duration: 6 weeks Working hours: 8 hours/day | 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday) About the Role We are seeking a Language Expert – LLM Trainer (Bilingual) to join a project with a leading Large Language Model (LLM) company. The role focuses on enhancing and training advanced AI models by creating high-quality, realistic conversational data for fine-tuning and evaluation. You will simulate intelligent, multi-turn conversations between users and smart assistants using function-calling tools such as calendars, maps, and emails. The role requires designing dialogues that demonstrate natural communication, logical reasoning, and contextual understanding to support AI performance. Primary Skills * API and JSON proficiency. * Strong command of one of the following languages (native or professional fluency required): Italian (Italy), Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong), Korean (South Korea), Dutch (Netherlands), Norwegian Bokmål (Norway). Key Responsibilities * Design multi-turn conversations simulating real interactions between users and AI assistants. * Emulate both user and assistant roles, including tool usage such as calendar, maps, and email. * Ensure conversations follow logical flows and proper API function calls. * Create dialogues demonstrating natural language, contextual understanding, and task feasibility. * Maintain adherence to internal formatting and quality guidelines using a provided playbook. * Iterate and refine conversation examples based on reviewer feedback. * Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency and linguistic accuracy across all deliverables. Requirements * 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field. * Experience with at least one programming language and understanding of APIs and data formats such as JSON. * Strong technical reasoning and problem-solving skills to model real-world assistant behaviors. * Excellent written communication skills in English and one of the target languages. * Creativity, precision, and attention to detail in crafting realistic AI dialogues. * Ability to follow complex formatting and quality standards with high accuracy. * Prior experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
