I’m looking to bring on a fully remote, 100% commission full-desk recruiter focused on permanent software engineering roles to help expand this side of the business.I’ve been operating solo for over five years and have developed a strong, well-structured database in Bullhorn, along with multiple LinkedIn Recruiter projects used to consistently source top-tier talent for clients.This work is strictly permanent placement. I don’t use job postings.If you’re driven, self-starting, currently employed, and consistently at the top of your numbers—regularly qualifying for incentive trips at your agency—reach out.I’ll cover the cost of both a LinkedIn Recruiter seat and a Bullhorn license.This is a 1099 role.Comp structure:85% of the total fee on full-desk (double-sided) placements42.5% on split deals (recruiting or BD only)I need someone with a hunter mindset—someone who can both deliver candidates and bring in new business. Execution matters most here. Once we secure a client, we keep them. We go all-in on finding the right fit every time.It’s about building lasting partnerships at Fingerhut Recruiting.
