Requirements and responsibilities

The AI-Native Agentic Operations Engineer (Senior-level) is responsible for designing, structuring, and leading the implementation of intelligent operational systems that integrate data architecture, advanced automation, and AI-driven solutions. This role defines the full solution architecture, from discovery through delivery, making strategic technical decisions that ensure scalability, governance, operational efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. It works directly with stakeholders and clients, translating business needs into robust technical solutions, and leading discovery, solution design, implementation, and continuous system evolution. 🧠 Data Architecture: - Design scalable and governed multi-table data architectures. - Define RBAC models, synchronization strategies, and auditability. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability. - Generate technical documentation (DBML, OpenAPI, etc.). ⚙️ Automation Architecture: - Design automation ecosystems across multiple tools and systems. - Define advanced patterns (retries, queues, idempotency). - Establish standards for logging, monitoring, and naming conventions. - Evaluate and optimize operational workflows. 🤖 AI Architecture: - Design complete agentic architectures powered by AI. - Define criteria for appropriate use of LLMs within systems. - Evaluate AI outputs and design validation mechanisms. - Configure and orchestrate tools such as MCP servers and agents. 📦 Delivery & Leadership: - Lead discovery processes with stakeholders and clients. - Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions. - Participate in pre-sales and solution design. - Produce strategic documentation (BRDs, MAPs, PEPs). - Make technical decisions considering trade-offs, scalability, and sustainability. 🎨 UX & Product Thinking: - Design user-centered experiences. - Translate business needs into clear and functional UI/UX flows. - Ensure system adoption through usability-focused design. - Create low-fidelity wireframes or prototypes when needed.
