Requirements and responsibilities

As a Content Creator, you will: - Design high-impact visual assets, including infographics and short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that simplify clinical content. - Transform educational content into polished, platform-specific snippets. - Manage asynchronous workflows, delivering high-quality assets from creative briefs and campaign concepts within set timelines and project scopes. - Adapt blog content for social media. - Use of agentic AI (e.g., Claude + Figma) to streamline design-to-development handoffs and automate repetitive workflow logic. - A strong plus would be helping shape our Spanish and Arabic content strategies in the future, using local cultural insights to make our offerings more relevant and impactful in Latin American and MENA markets. You will thrive in this role if you are: Visual Storyteller: - You have a strong sense of layout and design, with the ability to turn a technical brief into a compelling narrative that resonates with diverse audiences. Action-Oriented & Reliable: - You excel at managing your own time and resources across multiple projects, consistently delivering polished work in a remote, project-based environment. Technical Creator: - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), Canva and Figma. Adaptable & Resourceful: - You are comfortable working from briefs or high-level concepts and can navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced marketing cycle. Tech Enthusiast: - You integrate or use AI and emerging technologies into your creative workflow to increase efficiency and innovation. Multilingual & Culturally Aware: - You have a background in or deep understanding of Spanish or Arabic-speaking markets (ideally based in LATAM or MENA/Saudi Arabia) and can adapt content to fit local nuances (preferred). Remote Ready: - You thrive in an asynchronous environment and enjoy the independence of freelance work while remaining a proactive communicator. Additional Information: - This is a freelance, project-based position. - As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule, provided that project milestones and delivery deadlines are met. - Each applicant is required to successfully complete a paid Evaluation Period before transitioning to this role.
