Requirements Must have experience: · Experience in .NET backend · Experience building Azure Functions · Experience supporting or developing webservices (Web API) · .Net Languages: C# · .Net technologies: Net framework version 3.5 to 4.6, ADO.Net / ASP.Net / ASP MVC, Entity framework · Object Oriented Programming: Fundamentals, Design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Faade), MVC / MVVM / MVP · Web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript frameworks, HTTP (Ajax) · Version control: GIT · Database (Relational DB fundamentals): Microsoft SQL Server · Tools: Visual Studio, Postman. Responsibilities · Provide Level 2 and 3 support (Bug Fixes and Code Changes) for Azure integration layer for online ordering and mobile technologies. · Provide status and metrics report in a weekly basis. · Production Support Activities in compliance with Service Level Agreements for complex issues. · Maintain and streamline existing API Application Integrations. · Troubleshoot software and configuration errors on integrations. · Research and triage system issues and outages for root cause analysis and remediation. · Develop and provide monitoring documentation and scripts. · New/Modify integrations. · Research and participate in Cloud solutions. · Implementation of improvement and enhancements in short time with high visibility to the business. · Flexibility to attend incidents during weekend and on call service. · Document and create SOP, Runbooks and Knowledge Articles.
