Requirements and responsibilities


• Respond to customers via phone, live chat or contact form to do the following: • Answer all inquiries about products, processes, deliveries, orders, pricing, billing and refunds • Help customers troubleshoot for any technical issues (products not working properly, etc) • Provide after-sales support to customers • Provide information and support to customers using the Shopify platform • Quoting, invoicing and basic Sign Mockups
