About the client They are a non-profit organization dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating career pathways in the financial services industry for Black and Latino college students. By providing rigorous training, academic capital, and access to networks, they empower talented scholars to launch high-trajectory careers in finance. Who You Are We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant / Program Coordinator based in LATAM to support our operations. This is not an IT role. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in program and project coordination who can handle administrative tasks while ensuring educational and career-focused programs run smoothly. Key Responsibilities * Program Logistics & Coordination: Lead the scheduling, setup, and administrative execution of scholar training sessions, workshops, and career readiness events. * Donor Management Support: Assist with internal donor management tasks, including maintaining the donor database (CRM), processing data, tracking contributions, and drafting acknowledgments to support fundraising efforts. * Scholar & Stakeholder Communication: Act as a reliable liaison for program participants and partners, ensuring timely and professional communication via email and digital channels. * Operational & Project Support: Manage program calendars, track attendance and engagement metrics, and support the leadership team with special projects and material preparation. * Process Improvement: Help identify ways to streamline program operations to serve scholars more effectively. Requirements & Qualifications * Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience specifically as a Program Coordinator, Program Manager, Program Associate, or Project Coordinator. * Non-IT Focus: This role requires operational and administrative program management skills. Candidates with a primary background in IT/Technical Project Management or Software Development are not a fit. * Donor/Non-Profit Experience: Experience working with American companies or Non-Profit organizations is strongly preferred. Familiarity with donor management systems or CRMs is a huge plus. * Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills are required to communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders and donors. * Location: Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).
