Requirements and responsibilities


Manages and supports the Microsoft Mobile Client Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive) for secure and efficient mobile collaboration. Deploys and manages mobile apps; troubleshoots mobile client issues; enforces security and compliance policies; provides user support and training. Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and familiarity with M365 mobile apps. Degree in IT/Computing; Microsoft Certified: Mobility and Security. Experience in a service desk, managed services, or EUC operations team. Deployment and management of M365 mobile apps via Intune; mobile security policy enforcement; troubleshooting mobile sync and authentication issues; integration with enterprise collaboration tools.
