We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing personal brand in the coaching and online education space. This is a remote position focused primarily on video editing, content creation, and general marketing support. If you’re creative, organized, and familiar with digital marketing and social media trends, especially video, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video editing and content creation (Main focus).
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube, interviews).
- Add captions, transitions, branding, and repurpose content across platforms.
- Create eye-catching hooks and YouTube thumbnails.
- Adapt videos for multiple platforms to boost reach and engagement.
Social media and community support:
- Post, schedule, and manage content across channels (IG, Facebook, YouTube).
- Engage in Facebook Groups, respond to comments/messages, support community growth.
- Help organize small challenges, events, or campaigns inside the community.
Webinars and marketing tasks:
- Help prepare webinar slides (PowerPoint/Keynote).
- Assist with tech setup, invite sequences, reminders, and post-webinar follow-up.
- Upload blog posts, lead magnets, and update basic landing pages.
Email and funnel support:
- Schedule weekly nurture emails and segment lists.
- Support with CRM flows, funnel pages, and automations (Zapier, Kajabi, GoHighLevel).
- Help track and report marketing performance metrics (clicks, conversions, etc.).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, video editing, or VA roles.
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Descript, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media trends and content repurposing.
- Experience working with personal brands, coaches, or online businesses is a plus.
- Great communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.
