I'm a Bilingual Psychologist with 5+ years building People Ops functions and operational systems for remote-first organizations in the US and Latin America. My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology — from designing recruitment and onboarding from scratch, to restructuring payroll workflows and managing employee relations in cross-cultural teams. I've learned to move fast without losing the human side of the work. What drives me: creating clarity in environments that don't have it yet.
