Hook + Ladder Digital Agency seeks an entrepreneurial-minded and experienced digital advertising specialist who wants to work with other competent and business-minded teammates in a fast-moving environment. You recognize the importance of using data to drive highly agile, strategic initiatives and can translate that data into informed and educated business decisions.
This role is multifaceted, encompassing both strategic planning and hands-on operations. As you contribute to developing advertising strategies, you will be actively involved in their implementation, leveraging various tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and more.
Requirements:
✅ 2-5 years of relevant experience in the digital marketing industry, with experience in B2C marketing.
✅ Solid experience with at least three of the following:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Google Ads
- Bing Ads
- Meta Ads
- Instagram Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Facebook Ads
- SEM
✅ Have a passion for creating evidence-based strategies: Using data, logic, and experience to make improvements, drive results, and scale successful campaigns.
✅ Have expert-level knowledge of pixel integration on significant advertising platforms, conversion tags through Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
As a Digital Advertising Specialist, your responsibilities will be:
1. Creating record-breaking campaigns using digital advertising strategies on Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and more!
2. Strategic planning, managing, optimizations, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for a robust client portfolio.
3. Analyzing data & making data-backed decisions to drastically improve our clients' results.
4. Creating engaging reports and dashboards that compile and communicate the value of our marketing initiatives to our clients.
5. Support the creation of high-performing digital assets (ads, landing pages, websites, etc.) that drive conversions and audience interaction.
6. Effectively coordinating various departments to execute the created strategy, overseeing tasks such as ad creative design, landing page creation, and more.
7. Managing advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and optimization of funds.
8. Innovating & pushing the boundaries of digital marketing.
