Job Title: Project Coordinator (HR32055). Location: Remote (Open globally). Salary Range: 1500 to 2500 USD. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST). Note: Independent Contractor Position. Position Overview: The Project Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between clients, sales consultants, and field crews. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in managing client expectations. Responsibilities include scheduling, tracking milestones, coordinating materials, and providing timely and professional updates. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear and professional updates. * Coordinate communication between clients, sales consultants, and crews. * Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections. * Track project milestones and deadlines using the CRM system. * Support ordering and coordination of materials. * Prepare project status reports for leadership review. * Manage general project logistics and documentation. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, client service, or operations support. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Detail-oriented, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and neutral accent. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred but not required). Nice-to-Haves: * Experience working with small U.S.-based businesses or remote teams. * Background in construction, landscaping, or home improvement industries. * Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting or collections tools. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) to better support diverse clients and crews. * Experience managing material orders and vendor coordination. * Interest in outdoor living, design, or home improvement.
