About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing SaaS team. This role is responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and helping organizations adopt our software solutions to achieve their goals. You’ll be the face of our company to prospects and customers, translating their needs into tailored solutions. Please read through the end before applying. Thank you. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking. ● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions. ● Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. ● Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive renewals and upsells. ● Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. ● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments. Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). ● 2+ years of experience in sales, ideally within SaaS or technology solutions. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. ● Ability to understand complex software solutions and explain them in simple terms. ● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Rate: $4.50/hour
