The Investor Relations Associate will play a key role in outreach, follow-ups, and guiding investors step by step through the investment process. This is a full-time, remote position requiring strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate has experience in capital raising or sales, speaks fluent English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced investment environment. Key Responsibilities: Investor Outreach & Engagement: - Identify and connect with potential investors through calls, emails, and networking events. - Develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. - Maintain a strong understanding of CS3 Investments’ portfolio and investment opportunities. Follow-ups & Relationship Management: - Proactively follow up with leads and past investors to build long-term trust. - Answer investor inquiries, provide information, and address concerns professionally. - Guide investors through each step of the investment process, ensuring a smooth experience. Capital Raising & Sales Support: - Assist in securing commitments from investors for new deals. - Educate potential investors on investment structures, risk factors, and projected returns. - Work closely with the Director of Investor Relations to implement fundraising strategies. Negotiation & Communication: - Effectively communicate deal structures, investment terms, and financial projections. - Negotiate terms when needed and ensure investors understand their commitments. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all investor interactions. Market Research & Reporting: - Stay up-to-date with market trends, investment strategies, and competitor activities. - Track investor engagement and provide regular reports on outreach efforts and conversion rates. - Use CRM tools to manage investor relationships and keep accurate records. Qualifications & Skills: - Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). - 2+ years of experience in capital raising, sales, or investor relations. - Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Experience using CRM tools to track investor outreach and manage relationships. - Understanding of real estate investment structures is a plus.
