You will be the first point of contact for US-based small and medium-sized businesses, helping them identify gaps in their online presence and guiding them toward solutions that support business growth. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meaningful conversations, can quickly diagnose business needs, and are comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs. What you’ll do * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US small and medium business owners. * Evaluate prospects’ digital presence in real time, including SEO, PPC, and social media. * Ask strategic questions to uncover business needs and growth opportunities. * Qualify leads and prepare opportunities for senior closing teams, or close select opportunities. * Use CRM tools to document conversations, insights, and follow-up activities. * Share recurring market insights and customer pain points with leadership. Who you are * Confident and effective on the phone. * Able to explain digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO, PPC, and social advertising. * Comfortable working with metrics, performance targets, and high call volumes. * Able to engage with US business owners and understand their challenges. Qualifications * 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, account management, or PR. * Experience managing high call volumes of 100 or more calls per day. * Strong verbal communication skills in English. * Experience working with US SMBs; home services industry experience is a plus. * Experience using CRM tools.
