About the Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team and support podiatry practices in the United States. This is a long-term remote opportunity to manage and optimize digital marketing efforts to drive measurable patient growth. As the primary link between medical practices and their external marketing vendors, you will ensure consistency, accountability, and performance across campaigns. You will provide strategic oversight, focusing on ROI, lead generation, and patient acquisition. Key Responsibilities * Lead weekly accountability calls with marketing vendors and agencies. * Act as the central communication point between the practice and external vendors. * Prepare concise weekly reports highlighting leads, ROI, and key performance metrics. * Conduct monthly strategic sessions with practice owners to review performance and set goals. * Monitor active campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO) and proactively identify issues. * Coordinate marketing assets (photos, videos, blogs, testimonials) between staff and vendors. * Support basic website updates on CMS platforms (WordPress or similar, no coding required). * Execute mystery calls and provide feedback to improve patient conversion on inbound calls. Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy. * Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, and conversion funnels. * Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred (HIPAA knowledge a plus). * Bilingual English/Spanish (English proficiency required for client interaction). * Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, and basic content management tools.
